Erik is an entertainment industry executive based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in Bergen, Erik came to the United States as a student in 1993. Since 1996, Erik has called Los Angeles his home. His career to date has included talent management, rights administration, paralegal support, content creation, exploitation, business management, asset valuation and consulting. Erik led the financial and sales teams of several successful acquisitions in the entertainment space, ranging from $2MM to $30MM in size.

In 2012, Erik founded USA Media Rights, Inc., where he serves as President & CEO. In August 2018, Erik founded the non-profit organization NACC Los Angeles Chapter, Inc. after being invited by NACC USA headquarters in New York to start up a new chapter in California. In August 2023, the chapter terminated its affiliation with NACC and was renamed NorCham Los Angeles Inc. before affiliating with NorCham USA.

Erik has been a guest speaker for the Entertainment Studies Division at UCLA, as well as a panelist and moderator for industry panels and conferences, including Digital Entertainment World (Los Angeles) and Asker Music Expo (Norway). In 2018, Erik launched SoCal Records, and in 2021, he launched Onward Talent Management, an artist and talent management company with clients in music, film and TV.

Erik was a board director of the Norwegian Seamen’s Church in Los Angeles / San Pedro from 2015 to 2021.

Rose-Linn is a financial professional with more than 20 years of comprehensive international and domestic experience across the corporate financial landscape for global leaders such as Warner Bros., PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Production Finance for Crown Media/ The Hallmark Channel in Los Angeles, and she spent 15 years at Warner Bros. US and London, mainly as their Director of Finance for Europe, The Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, she worked at PwC in Vancouver and KPMG in Montreal, and she is a Canadian Certified Public Accountant.

Rose-Linn leverages extensive knowledge of management accounts, corporate governance, M&A/JV integrations, FP&A, start-ups, closedowns, financial ethics and general accounting principles as they relate to industries including entertainment, technology, manufacturing and consumer products.

Bergitte joined the Board of Directors of NACC LA in the spring of 2019 after her move from San Diego to Los Angeles. After finishing her MBA in International Business in San Diego, she worked in marketing. Bergitte worked as a marketing director before she decided to start up her own marketing company. Currently, she is a marketing consultant for small businesses and start-up organizations where she focuses on strategic planning and executing social media campaigns. Bergitte divides her time between Los Angeles and her hometown Mandal (Norway).

 Bergitte also has a background working in project management and received a second Master’s degree in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. She spent several years working in the oil industry in Norway, and was responsible for the economy in major drill-equipment projects, in Norway, the US, and South Korea. Bergitte is also an avid animal lover and has spent the past years volunteering for different animal organizations and dog rescues, which led to her new addition to her family: Timothy (a rescue dog from Thailand).

Mr. Berglund is a principal in The Berglund Group which provides consulting, entertainment, corporate , financing and litigation advice to primarily corporate and high net worth individuals – with a special emphasis in Europe, the Pacific Rim and Latin America. Mr. Berglund comes from a significant and diversified financial, litigation and legal background.

Mr. Berglund was nominated to West Point in 1975. He received his Bachelor of Science (concentration in finance) in Business from Eastern Illinois University in 1979. Mr. Berglund then earned an M.B.A. from DePaul University (concentration in finance/ accounting) in 1983. Mr. Berglund also earned his J.D. with honors (top 5%) from DePaul University in 1983.

Mr. Berglund’s business career started as a commercial attaché with the Royal Danish Consulate where he assisted in marketing efforts for Scandinavian products in North America and participated in the Queen of Denmark’s bicentennial visit to the United States.

In 1983, Mr. Berglund began his legal career clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge in Chicago who was overseeing at that time one of the largest bankruptcy cases in the world – Energy Cooperative, Inc. Mr. Berglund then joined the Chicago office of the international law firm of Sidley & Austin. He was a member of the commercial law group. Representative clients included, GECC, CIC Industrial Credit, Bankers Trust Commercial Credit, CIT Commercial Credit and many of the top Japanese financial institutions.

In 1988, Mr. Berglund went to Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker (“PHJW”). At PHJW, Mr. Berglund became a partner and expanded his practice in scope and responsibility to include sophisticated debt restructurings, acquisitions, international financing transactions and litigation/arbitration/mediation related thereto. At PHJW, clients included, Universal Entertainment, BMG Entertainment, LaFace Records ( conducted trial involving the then #1 group in the world “TLC”), Jive Records, Fox Films, eOne Entertainment (Death Row Records), Nordisk Films, Island Records, Sony Entertainment, EMI Publishing, Gloria Estefan, Polygram Filmed Entertainment, Madonna, Lone Star Opportunity Fund, Hyatt Corporation, Metropolitan Life, Bank America Business Credit, GECC, numerous Asian Financial Institutions, Heller Financial and a number of venture capital funds, including Brentwood Venture Capital. Representative transactions included restructuring a NYSE traded company that became the Business Week Stock of the Year, a venture capital turnaround that was highly celebrated, a number of large multi- national restructurings for among others, Hyatt International, asset securitizations and debtor-in –possession financings on behalf numerous banking institutions.

In 1999, Mr. Berglund joined as a partner in the Los Angeles office of the Wall Street firm Dewey & Ballantine where he chaired the restructuring group in the west coast and continued his focus on complex commercial, entertainment, litigation and debt restructuring related matters. In 2002, Mr. Berglund formed The Berglund Group to capitalize upon consulting opportunities in the entertainment and financing arena. Mr. Berglund has provided advice upon and participated in numerous entertainment matters (including representing his eminence Pope Saint John Paul II) acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcies, restructurings domestically and in Asia, Europe and Latin America together with litigation/arbitration/mediations related thereto.

Mr. Berglund is a member of and licensed with the California, Illinois and Georgia Bar Associations. Mr. Berglund has lectured extensively in the areas of debt restructuring, international business, entertainment, sophisticated business litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Berglund is also an advisory board member of the Swedish and Norwegian American Chambers of Commerce, Los Angeles World Affairs Council – International Circle, and the Presidential Association for the San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Park. Mr. Berglund was also the commencement speaker for Eastern Illinois University for 2016. Mr. Berglund was on the Board of Alpha Leadership Academy which provided educational training and leadership for disadvantaged youths in South-Central Los Angeles. Mr. Berglund was a recent participant in the Harvard University Business School – “This Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports.”

Erik is a sports car dealer and the contact person for NACC LA in Norway. United States is his second home and he joined the Board of Directors of NACC LA in 2019 when he was living in Los Angeles. He has worked in the automotive industry for more than 20 years with passion for customers, sports cars and events. Erik launched his own auto store in 2021 with Autonero. Erik travels frequently to California and takes part in NACC LA activities as well as co-hosting events.

Ric Robertson of Robertson Taylor Partners spent nearly three decades at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (The Oscars®), most of it as the lead day-to-day operations head, naturally giving him unparalleled insights into what makes an in-the spotlight industry association and high-profile television event work. In that position, he had direct, regular contact with top creative and business leaders in the film and television businesses. In 2016, he formed Robertson Taylor Partners together with veteran entertainment journalist and PR executive Jonathan Taylor, a strategic consultancy that manages successful communications campaigns, builds brands and identities, and offers useful guidance to companies, associations and individuals.

Patrick Strøm is the CEO and CO-founder of Cultivate Entertainment Partners, a forward-thinking, global film & television company and talent management firm based in Los Angeles and Oslo; focused on cultivating talent, finding, developing and producing the highest-caliber motion picture, television, and digital content.

Patrick serves as an Executive Producer on Dead Places, a tv-series that is available on AMC+, Sundance Now and Netflix. He also served as Executive Producer on All the smoke with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson, the award-winning sports video-podcast that had guests such as Snoop Dogg, Jamie Foxx, Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant, Shaun King, Stephen A Smith, the late Kobe Bryant and many more.

With over 20 years’ experience from the entertainment and television industry, Patrick has produced film, directed and produced over 1500 hours of television shows. He has also cast national reality shows, written episodic television, stand-up comedy and several variety shows.

Being cast as an actor on Norway's most viewed youth show called "Midt i Smørøyet" on NRK (Norwegian National Broadcast channel) Patrick began this path at twelve years of age and his on camera and on stage career continued until his application to enter boot camp in the Norwegian Military Academy in 2001 was accepted. During Patrick's three years of service, he became a platoon leader earning the rank of Second Lieutenant.

In 2005 he was a Talk Show Host for "Mess TV" on the national broadcasting channel TV Norge, where he produced and hosted over 512 live shows. He also served as Game Show Host and producer for the live show "FrokostQuiz", hosting 483 shows. In 2012 Patrick served as Country Producer for the first European version of "The Amazing Race", produced by Rubicon TV, (a Metronome Film & TV AB company, owned by Shine Group). Destinations for the first season was Dubai, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Hong Kong and Kazakhstan. In 2013, Patrick cast and co-directed the international hit show "The Voice" produced by Nordisk Film TV (a Banijay Group company) Both shows were nominated for a "Gullruten" (Norwegian Emmys)

Patrick moved into film acting as associate producer on the 2013 film "Pornopung" which won Best Film - "Oslo Award". Co-star Herbert Nordrum won the Amanda (Norwegian Oscars) for best supporting role.

In the period 2014-2016 Patrick wrote and directed several reality shows in Spain, Sweden and Norway. In 2016 Patrick was part of taking the Norwegian film company WR Entertainment public in Norway where he served as an executive and producer.

Jørn is a tech executive with expertise in e-commerce at Auttomatic where he advises businesses on how to execute and grow their e-commerce operations.

Over the last decade, Jørn has advised multiple fortune 500s, mid-market and early-stage businesses across Europe and the US. Originally from Mo I Rana in Northern Norway, he has entrepreneurial experience operating his own company for a decade while moving from Norway to work at Ebay, Paypal and Google. This experience brought him to Ireland, where he met his wife, and then to San Francisco before settling in Los Angeles, where they welcomed the arrival of their baby girl last year. Jørn graduated with a Master's Degree from Trondheim Business School in Norway and UC Berkeley in California focused on Technological leadership and Project Management.
